How long have you been doing what you do and how did you get to be a Life Coach?
As a coach with 30 years of experience, I understand the profound fear that often accompanies change. A few years ago, I faced significant anxiety when my family had to relocate due to job instability. Despite having moved many times before, this time was different; as a mother who finally felt settled, I wanted stability for my daughter. This fear overwhelmed me, impacting my health and well-being.Recognizing I needed help, I invested in myself by attending a therapy center, which transformed my perspective on change. I returned with renewed energy and enthusiasm, ready to embrace new adventures, including our move to French Polynesia. Now, as I prepare to return to Canada, I approach this change with excitement, knowing it can lead to incredible opportunities. I share my journey to remind others that, while fear of change is natural, with support and the right mindset, we can navigate transitions positively. This is the help I aspire to provide.

What kinds of clients do you work with? I work with people over 40 that feels stuck because fear controls their current life and they want to make changes that will last. People that need help transforming there body image, their finances, their job, their relationship… I work on unlocking fears so that you can have the life you want and deserve

How are you different from other life Coaches? Many life coaches provide checklists, but for those struggling with fear, this often doesn't lead to change. My coaching focuses on transforming beliefs and mindsets, allowing you to engage with your life in a new way. I offer practical guidance on healthy habits while leveraging my personal experience to help you cope with stress and fears. Together, we achieve lasting results—and have fun along the way!

Who is this program NOT for? I only accept 2 new clients each month, so I’m selective about who I work with. My system isn’t for those unwilling to commit financially or seeking just a checklist. I also won’t work with chronic skeptics, whiners, or individuals who frequently miss sessions or make excuses. If this describes you, please don’t schedule a consultation with me. It wouldn’t be a good fit, and I want to respect your time and investment. Thank you for understanding!

What is my program? I use the "6W Questions" from journalism: What, When, How, Where, Why, and Who. This method helps us uncover the complete story of your lifestyle. You’ll gain valuable tips and strategies to manage your life and improve your physical and mental health effectively.

Does this really work and How quickly can I expect results? Yes! The result of our work is an approach to change that has you feeling peaceful, powerful and on purpose, maybe for the first time in your life. Be sure to read the Success Stories! Your transformation begins the second you say “YES” and continues every day throughout your 90-day experience and beyond.

How can I guarantee myself that I will get transformational changes?
Tackling all the above is a lot on our own and often overwhelming to the point that it is easier to stay where we are. Coaching is a process that is facilitated in a specific way so you can be different, without having to think about being different. If you’ve tried things and failed in the past, chances are good that you didn’t have the right support, the right system or the right accountability. In my program, you’ll get all of these.

Will I recover the investment I put into this coaching program?
How much have you missed by staying in the status quo? If nothing changes, how much time and money will you spend searching for solutions? For many clients, the answer is A LOT. Take a moment to ask yourself, “What are new goals worth to me?” The skills and transformation you gain from the program will last a lifetime, positively impacting your life in many ways.

Here’s how we get started:
You will initially receive an email containing a questionnaire for you to complete, which will help me get to know you better. Following that, we can arrange a free consultation. Once you decide to enroll, I will guide you through the investment process. We will also select a consistent day and time each week for your sessions. These sessions should be considered a sacred time - they are first priority because YOU are first priority. Sessions will occur once per week for 90 days. I’ll send you a “Welcome Email” that includes a Coaching Program Agreement (you’ll sign this agreement before our first session).

What if I only want fitness classes and not the life coaching program? In that case, we can kick off with a complimentary consultation to assess your fitness needs and aspirations. During this initial meeting, we’ll discuss your current fitness level, any challenges you might be facing, and your specific goals—whether it’s weight loss, muscle gain, improved endurance, flexibility, or overall health and wellness .Together, we will create a customized fitness program tailored specifically to your objectives and lifestyle. I will take into account your preferences, any limitations, and your schedule to ensure that the program is both effective and enjoyable for you.
