- Movement Circles: Participants form a circle and take turns leading a fun physical movement. This encourages everyone to engage their body and share their energy.

- Self-Care Workshops: Conduct a workshop where team members discuss and share personal self-care routines. Encourage them to create a "Wellness Plan" that outlines daily habits to improve their health and productivity.

Teamwork: Collaborative Movement

Teams work in pairs to balance on one leg while holding hands, or create a two-person balance pose. This activity encourages teamwork and creative problem-solving as pairs work together to maintain balance.

- Choreographic Relay: Participants collaboratively build a choreography piece. One leader introduces two moves, then passes the baton to a new leader who adds two more. This continues, with each leader contributing their unique style. By the end, a vibrant and diverse choreography emerges, showcasing the collective creativity of the group.

Stress Management: Finding Balance

- Stretch and Breathe Session: A guided session that incorporates simple stretches followed by breathing exercises. Teach breathing technique like “box breathing” to help participants release tension and enhance relaxation
